Ordering Information

 There are four ways to place an order with uscavalry.org:

1. Use the online shopping basket / order form system anytime 24 hours a day.
2. E-mail us at cavalry@flinthills.com
3. Call us at 785-784-5797
   9:00am - 2:00pm CST Monday - Friday.
4. Mail your order with check, money order or credit card information to: U.S. Cavalry Association, PO Box 2325, Fort Riley, Kansas 66442-0325

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

If you are mailing your order you may pay by personal check or money order. Please, do not send cash through the mail. We will wait for your check to clear before shipping your order. This may add as much as two weeks to your delivery time. Sorry, no COD's.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders for in stock items that are received by 10:00am CST will almost always ship that day. We will ship your order via Fed-X Ground or Priority US Mail unless otherwise requested. You will receive a personal order confirmation via E-mail that will include the Fed-X /USPS tracking number for your package.

The U.S. Cavalry Association respects your privacy. We never share our customer's information with other parties.

Returns & Replacements

If the Merchandise that you receive is damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify uscavalry.org immediately. A uscavalry.org associate will contact you to establish credit for the amount of your purchase.

Product Availability  

uscavalry.org specializes in a variety of one of a kind items. There is a remote chance that an item you are ordering could already be sold. If this occurs, an associate from uscavalry.org will contact you via e-mail as soon as your order is received.
